MATTHEW QUIGLEY – Northwest Internal Wholesaler
Matt has 13 years of experience in the asset management industry. He joined Toews in October 2023 to serve as a knowledge resource for our Model Portfolios, Mutual Funds, and ETFs. Based in New York City, Matt serves the Northwest region alongside Josh Glazer, Regional VP.
Drawing from his extensive knowledge of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, Matt helps financial advisors navigate the complexities of selecting investment strategies. Through ongoing dialogue and a proactive approach to market research, Matt ensures the investment strategies provided are tailored to each financial advisor’s specific requirements and are responsive to the evolving financial markets. He presents investment options, considering factors such as market conditions, economic trends, and risk management.
Prior to joining Toews, Matt was an investment consultant and product specialist with Allianz Global Investors and First Eagle Investment Management where he collaborated with financial advisors to gain insights into the unique investment goals of their clientele.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from Goldey-Beacom College, Wilmington, DE.
NCAA Division II Golf Scholarship and 2009/2010 Season Golf Team Captain.
Obtained Series 7 & 66 in 2013 while working as a Client Service Associate at UBS Wealth Management.
2017 First Eagle Award: Product Presentation Winner out of 25 salespeople.
Product experience includes mutual funds, interval funds, closed end funds, SMAs, private equity, 529 plans, and venture capital.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family of four, traveling, playing competitive golf, exercising, and collecting precious metals.
